The 2^nd EUI-Net International Conference, Tallinn, 04-05 May 2006

The EUI-Net European Network on cooperation between University and Industry, funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus Thematic Network scheme is organizing its 2^nd European Workshop during 4-5 May 2005 in the Estonian capital, Tallinn. The event is devoted to “European models of synergy between Teaching and Research in Higher Education” and will include papers presented in plenary sessions within the following topics

1. Teaching & Training by research: PhD supervision.
2. Actors of the Teaching & Research process: added value for industry.
3. Integrating research results into teaching.
4. University – Industry Teaching & Research Synergy – best practice and case studies.

The papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee and will be published in the Workshop Proceedings. A selection of the most interesting contributions will be published after the event in an edited book at a prestigious publishing company.
